Work For Us New

Start360 meets every individual who comes into custody of Hydebank. Start360 helps people settle into the centre, highlight the support available and explore coping strategies from this early point.

Rapid Response

Being in prison can be a lonely experience. Small issues can seem very big, and big issues can often seem insurmountable. The rapid response service is used when people are finding it hard to cope.

We respond to all requests within 24hrs.

Intensive Mentoring

This is a 12 week intensive mentoring intervention. Referral for this element of the service are flexible, bespoke, and meet the need of the client. Start360’s MAS team will support anyone requesting this part of the service.

Advocacy – Internal Disciplinary Procedures

An internal disciplinary process is present in custody to ensure good order and discipline. We provide an advocate to people who need support throughout the process.

Start360 is there from the beginning of the process, present during the Adjudication, and provides support following the decision made

Advocacy – Internal Complaints Procedures

Start360 provides an advocacy service in relation to the Internal Complaints process. Start360’s role is to support before, during and after.

Group Work

Start360 provides bespoke, tailor made group work interventions. This is aimed at supporting those who do not wish to engage with the college ethos, or those who struggle with the classroom setting.

We provide OCN accredited programmes and deliver these to a different targeted group each month.
