Interventions provided

The service provides structured group work, regular training and practical volunteering placements across both community and custodial settings.

The Volunteer Service is designed for individuals who have faced challenges including offending, substance use, mental-health difficulties, homelessness or barriers to employment. Through twice-weekly group sessions, personalised support and accredited training, volunteers develop practical skills, strengthen their wellbeing and build the confidence needed to take the next step in their journey. Strong partnerships with PBNI and the Northern Ireland Prison Service allow the service to support individuals pre and post custody, easing transition and reducing the risk of reoffending.
