Support Hub is a collaborative service working with partners (including Prison Arts Foundation and Community Sports Network) to support individuals who have been in contact with the justice system
Focused on early intervention, the Hub provides practical and emotional supports, from substance support and mental health help to housing and benefits advice, alongside creative and sports-based opportunities delivered by partners.
