The BHSCT Employability Service provides tailored, one-to-one support for care-experienced young people who are preparing to take their next steps into education, training or employment.
Delivered in partnership with the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, our service offers dedicated guidance for young people who deserve stability, opportunity and a clear pathway forward. We understand that many young people leaving care face additional barriers; our approach is relational, consistent and grounded in the belief that every young person can thrive with the right support.
