Start360’s 16+ Transitions Service supports young people as they move from care into independent living.
For many, this stage can feel overwhelming — our role is to walk beside them, ensuring they have the practical skills, emotional support and guidance needed for a safe and confident transition into adult life. We work holistically — recognising that independence is not just about housing or employment, but about confidence, resilience and a support network that young people can rely on.
