Gillian Heron is a founding Partner of Belfast-based branding and design agency Pink Inc Creative, which was established in 2005. With a career spanning branding, communications, marketing and creative strategy, she loves helping businesses and organisations build distinctive brands that connect with their audiences.

Having worked across a wide range of sectors, Gillian brings her creative and strategic experience to the Start360 Board, with a particular focus on brand, communications, marketing and engagement.

She believes that good communication has the power to challenge and change perceptions, give people a voice and create meaningful connections. She is particularly passionate about helping Start360 communicate the impact of its work, bring people’s experiences and stories to life, reach new audiences and build meaningful relationships with partners and supporters.

Gillian is delighted to join the Start360 Board and contribute her experience to an organisation whose work makes a real difference to people across Northern Ireland. She is passionate about Start360’s focus on creating opportunities, challenging stigma and supporting people to move forward and reach their potential.
