Gary Milling is Governor of HMP Magilligan and a senior leader in the Northern Ireland prison service, bringing operational leadership and a strong focus on safety, rehabilitation and staff development. With firsthand experience of running a busy custodial setting, Gary combines practical knowledge of custodial management with a commitment to improving outcomes through effective partnership working and evidence based practice.
