Operating under the direction and support of the Strategic Leadership Team, the OLT turns strategy into practice, keeping us focused, responsive, and effective.

Meeting quarterly, the team monitors operational performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and acts swiftly to address challenges or explore opportunities with emerging possibilities. Their oversight ensures we remain accountable, agile, and aligned with our organisational goals.

The OLT also plays a key communication role, reporting regularly to the Strategic Leadership Team and staying updated on strategic developments to ensure strong alignment between day-to-day operations and long-term vision.

Chaired by a nominated team member, and supported by a designated secretary, the OLT is structured to support open dialogue, clear decision making, and the timely flow of high-quality information. Together, they help ensure that our operations remain strong, strategic, and always person-focused

At Start360, our team is driven by purpose and united by a shared commitment to creating lasting change
