As Services Manager for Mentoring & Advocacy and ADEPT in Hydebank Wood College, Grainne oversees services that provide trusted relationships, independent advocacy and structured support for young men and women in custody. She leads teams focused on improving wellbeing, reducing harm and preparing individuals for positive change both inside prison and on release. Grainne’s role ensures that practice is trauma informed, rights based and closely connected to wider resettlement pathways.

As Services Manager for DAISY West and VOICES West, Carmel oversees specialist alcohol and drug interventions alongside intensive support for young people impacted by adversity, trauma and risk. She leads multidisciplinary teams across the Western Trust area, ensuring that practice remains person centred, strengths based and responsive to local need. A key part of Carmel’s role is strengthening partnerships with health, social care and community agencies so that young people receive coordinated, early and effective support.

As Services Manager for Corporate Services, Chris oversees Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Health & Safety, Governance, IT & CRM Systems across Start360. An important aspect of his role is enabling high-quality support for staff and services, ensuring the organisation’s values are embedded in its internal operations.

As Services Manager for Start360’s Volunteer Service, Johnny Moore oversees a wide range of volunteering and progression opportunities designed to support people facing barriers to confidence, connection, education and employment. He leads a dedicated team focused on creating meaningful pathways through volunteering, mentoring, accredited learning and personal development. Johnny works closely with community partners, services and local organisations to ensure volunteers are supported to build skills, gain experience and move towards long term opportunities, while also strengthening communities across Northern Ireland.

As Services Manager for ADEPT in Maghaberry, Conor Durkin leads Start360’s accredited personal development and substance-misuse programme within one of Northern Ireland’s busiest custodial environments. He oversees structured interventions focused on increasing self-awareness, reducing harm and supporting individuals to make positive, sustainable changes. Conor works closely with prison staff, healthcare teams and partner agencies to ensure ADEPT remains a high quality, evidence-based service that contributes to rehabilitation, safer custody and improved outcomes for those in our care.

As Services Manager for Engage Women, Magz leads Start360’s dedicated service supporting women involved in the justice system or at risk of offending. She oversees holistic interventions that address trauma, wellbeing, safety, relationships and practical needs. Magz’s work centres on empowering women to build stability and resilience, ensuring the service remains a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space where meaningful change can take place.

As Services Manager for ADEPT in HMP Magilligan, Trish leads Start360’s personal development and substance misuse programme within the prison. She oversees delivery focused on increasing insight, reducing harm and supporting individuals to make constructive choices. Trish works closely with prison staff and partner agencies to ensure that ADEPT remains a high-quality, evidence-based intervention supporting rehabilitation and safer communities.

As Services Manager for Northern Connections and Southern Connections, Catriona leads Start360’s regional prevention and early-intervention work focused on substance use, wellbeing and community education. She oversees the delivery of evidence-based training, awareness programmes and capacity building initiatives that support schools, communities and professionals. Catriona’s role centres on partnership, ensuring that prevention work remains innovative, accessible and aligned to local priorities across both the Northern and Southern Trust areas.

As Services Manager for Support Hub and DAISY East, Paddy leads two services focused on harm reduction, recovery and wrap around support. He manages multidisciplinary teams delivering alcohol and drug interventions alongside mental health, employability and wellbeing support. Paddy’s role emphasises integrated working, ensuring that participants benefit from seamless pathways across services and strong partnerships within the community and statutory sectors.

As Services Manager for BHSCT Employability and 16+, Roisin oversees services supporting young people transitioning from care into adulthood, education or employment. She leads teams delivering practical guidance, mentoring and structured progression planning to build independence and confidence. Roisin ensures that both services maintain strong relationships with social care, employers and training providers so young people can achieve sustainable, meaningful next steps.

As Services Manager for DAISY North and VOICES North, Ruth oversees therapeutic alcohol and drug support, alongside intensive wrap around interventions for young people facing multiple challenges. She leads teams across the Northern Trust area, ensuring services remain accessible, trauma informed and grounded in strong partnership working. Ruth’s focus is on creating safe, consistent support that helps young people move towards stability, resilience and long term wellbeing.
