Post: Prevention / Intervention Practitioner
Service: Youth Start Switch onto Employment
Responsible To: Director of Service
Reports To: Director of Service
Base: Belfast
Contract: Fixed -Term maternity cover, Funding confirmed until 31st March 2027 currently.
Salary: Starting point £28,560.00 per annum (TBC)
Background to the Project
Youth Start Switch on to Employment is a service designed to reduce issues such as barriers to employment and personal development needs of economically inactive young people aged 16-30 furthest from the labour market.
Switch onto Employment is a service pathway designed to help marginalised participants improve their personal development with increased life skills and employability skills.
