Base:                                      6-10 William Street, Belfast, BT1 1PR

Contract:                               Part-time (21 hours per week), 2 Year fixed-term contract

Salary:                                    £32,640.00 (pro-rata for part-time)

Background to the Role

This is a new post at Start360 and has been created to support the delivery of the organisation’s strategic plan, Delivering Change Together. The post holder will support the Director of Business Development by coordinating policy development, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality communications outputs that evidence impact and influence. The role will contribute to stronger external engagement, clearer organisational messaging, and the production of high-quality policy, media and impact materials that support Start360’s strategic objectives.

The Director of Business Development will retain responsibility for strategic relationships, senior stakeholder engagement, MLA and government meetings, and final sign-off on messaging and policy. This role will act as the central coordinator and delivery lead, ensuring activity is planned, progressed and followed through effectively.
